Our games collect no data. Not from adults, and not from children.

The games

This policy covers every game and app published by Both/And Games.

• They do not collect, store, send or share any personal information or any information about how you play.
• They have no accounts, no ads, no purchases, no analytics and no tracking.
• They do not ask for permission to use the internet, so nothing can leave your device.
• Your progress and settings are saved only on your device. Uninstalling a game removes them.

Children

Our games are suitable for everyone, including children. Because the games collect nothing from anyone, they collect nothing from children.

The app store

You install our games through Google Play, which Google runs under its own privacy policy. Google shows us totals, such as how many times a game was installed and summaries of crashes. Those totals do not tell us who you are.

This website

This website uses no cookies and no analytics. It is hosted by GitHub Pages, and GitHub, like any web host, records the IP addresses of visitors for security. GitHub's privacy statement covers that.

If you email us, we use your address only to answer you.

If any of this is ever going to change, we will update this page and its date first.
